FiscAura ("we", "us") provides an AI-native accounting platform for Indian businesses. This policy explains what data we collect, why, and the choices you have. It applies to our website and the FiscAura application.

Information we collect

  • Account information — name, work email, business name, and login credentials.
  • Financial data you provide — invoices, bills, bank statements, GSTINs, ledgers and related documents you upload or forward to your FiscAura address.
  • Usage data — how you interact with the product, for reliability and improvement.
  • Communications — messages you send to sales or support.

How we use your data

  • To operate the platform — parsing bills, categorising transactions, preparing GST-ready records, and generating AI suggestions.
  • To provide support and respond to your requests.
  • To secure, maintain, and improve the service.
  • To meet legal and regulatory obligations that apply to us.

AI features generate drafts. Nothing is posted to your books or sent to a third party until a human at your business approves it.

Data residency

Your financial data is stored in India. Where we use sub-processors, we take reasonable steps to ensure appropriate safeguards, and we tell you plainly which certifications we do and do not yet hold.

Sharing

We do not sell your data. We share it only with service providers who process it on our behalf under contract, or where required by law.

Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations. You can request export or deletion, subject to any records we are legally required to keep.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data. No system is perfectly secure; we state our current posture honestly rather than overclaiming.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and you may withdraw consent where processing relies on it. Contact us to exercise these rights.
